“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a fantastic experience at TGI Fridays Cheshire Oaks! Booked in advance and was seated ahead of our scheduled time, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The menu was straightforward and easy to navigate, and our food arrived swiftly. The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. A standout bonus was the ‘Kids Eat Free’ offer available through the TGI Fridays app, which saved us £15 on our bill—a great deal for families. Overall, a top-notch dining experience with excellent service, tasty food, and great value. We’ll definitely be back again without hesitation!”

“We visited after being at Chester zoo all day. We were served by Kyle who was amazing throughout our visit, he was super friendly and helped us with the app. It is unusual to get a server so helpful and it really seemed like he loved his job. He made our visit really special. He really is a credit to tgi. The only down side to the visit was the hand wash in the gents had run out in both dispensers and I reported it to another member of staff who didn't seem that surprised or interested. The food is a little pricey for basically a burger and chips but I suppose this is set beyond the control of the restaurant staff. Overall I enjoyed the visit and would definitely return here.”

“Went early on a Saturday, had tables and staff ready and waiting. We love a quiet place to eat so our little boy can relax. The staff were attentive and friendly, quickly saw my son was using Makaton and trying to talk and made an extra special effort with him. The member of staff Ellie F was brilliant and made the extra effort with my boy. Thanks for a great experience. The food was hot and quick, plenty of it. Live the wings and chicken stripes, Nachos were spicy and sweet. My wife and boy loved the chocolate cake. The only negative was that the conservatory was roasting and needed to look at extra air-conditioning on hot days. Oh and blue light card discount is great here.”

“Brilliant experience today! It was mine and my son's birthday today and we visited with our family. The food was AMAZING, and our server Rachel was incredible! We got the birthday song sang to us and it was such a good experience all round! Great food and fast friendly service - will definitely visit again soon!”
